About the Role

Uniphore is a leading AI-native company that drives business outcomes across multiple industry verticals. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to help drive the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's vision and business objectives.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and post-sale follow-up, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's market presence and customer base.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
