Sales Director

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Hesai Technology. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in North America.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Lidar sales efforts for key automotive accounts in North America.
- Develop and execute a growth strategy for key customers, identifying opportunities and achieving targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve the company's vision, including management and product owners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing value-added feedback on their needs and managing business units and customer service teams.
- Provide short and long-term forecasts and drive the overall sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, applications, program management, or marketing, with a proven track record of driving success in the automotive market.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player who can work effectively on cross-functional teams.
- Background in selling opto-mechatronic/sensor solutions or similar electrical products.
