We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Office Coordinator to join our team at RAYUS Radiology. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and support to our patients and referring professionals.

About Us:
RAYUS Radiology is a leading provider of diagnostic imaging services, committed to delivering high-quality care to our patients. We are dedicated to making radiology a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment.

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Patient Registration: Greets and checks-in patients scheduled for imaging services, registers demographic information and processes payment plans and copays.
  2. Phone Calls: Answers phones and handles calls in an efficient and friendly manner.
  3. Liaison: Acts as liaison between technologists and patients waiting for exams and relays messages regarding scanner status and other clinic information.
  4. Administrative Tasks: Maintains front office lobby area, orders office supplies, maintains supply of patient information sheets, pushes imaging via electronic interfaces, faxes reports and medical release forms as requested.
