Radiology Support Specialist

We are seeking a Radiology Support Specialist to join our team at RAYUS Radiology. As a key member of our radiology department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our MRI scanning area.
Responsibilities- Patient Coordination
- Monitor and adjust patient schedules as needed to ensure timely completion of scans.
- Greet and escort patients to the changing room, explaining the procedure briefly.
- Room Preparation
- Prepare patient jackets and compile films according to date and number.
- Assist technologists in setting up between patients, including coil setup and table sheet changes.
- Scanning Area Maintenance
- Help maintain a clean and organized scanning area, stocking supplies and cleaning workspaces.
- Ensure patient areas are tidy and well-stocked.
- Clean and stock the patient prep room and restroom.
- Additional Duties
- Restore and network previous exams for returning patients.
- Perform other duties as assigned by MRI technologists, Medical Records, or Front Office staff.
