Sales Engineer for Engine Cooling Systems

We are seeking a Sales Engineer for Engine Cooling Systems to join our team at American Cooling Systems, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our engine cooling systems to OEMs, Cooling Suppliers, and other Engine/Generator Integrators.
Your primary goal will be to build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for maintaining regular contact with Company Leadership to discuss and define strategies for taking advantage of sales and marketing opportunities.
You will need to document daily activities in Salesforce (CRM) and create Customer Contact and Monthly Reports. You will represent the company in industry trade and professional associations as required to develop and promote positive relationships through networking and grow product sales.
Key Responsibilities:- BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS WITH CURRENT OEMS, COOLING SUPPLIERS, AND OTHER DIESEL ENGINE INTEGRATORS
- PROSPECT FOR NEW BUSINESS AT OEMS, COOLING SUPPLIERS, AND OTHER ENGINE/GENERATOR INTEGRATORS IN AN ASSIGNED TERRITORY
- Maintain regular contact with Company Leadership to discuss and define strategies for taking advantage of sales and marketing opportunities
- Document daily activities in Salesforce (CRM); also create Customer Contact and Monthly Reports
- Represent the company in industry trade and professional associations as required to develop and promote positive relationships through networking and grow product sales
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
Requirements: Advanced selling skills, including qualifying prospects, lead generation, new business development, account penetration, strategic selling, conceptual selling, issues-based selling, consultative selling, negotiation, and contracts (closing)
