About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Account Executive to join our high-performing team in Sydney. This is a developmental role ideal for a candidate looking to build a career in Account Management within the FMCG Industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage internal trade spend processes and submittals with customers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and implement customer activation strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with customers to forecast product promotional needs and optimize sales.
  • Manage promotional evaluation for nominated customers to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Maintain accurate customer range lists to ensure optimal product offerings.
  • Process customer requests for images and product samples in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailer contacts in Tier 1 customers.
  • Support National Account Manager in customer management and account prioritization.
  • Assist with product range reviews and ad-hoc presentations to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to new product launch planning and support new business development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Degree qualifications preferred.
  • Experience within the FMCG or Retail Industry, preferably in roles such as Territory Manager, Category Analyst, or Brand Activation.
  • Numerically savvy with good commercial acumen.
  • Strong team player with ability to balance multiple tasks and administration support.
  • Eager to learn and grow with the company.
