The expertise we're looking for:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in the iGaming industry.
  • Bingo Sector Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience specifically in the Bingo sector.
  • Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing departmental strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and analyses for senior management.
  • Team Development: Experience in designing and delivering training programs to enhance team performance and competencies.

Your position will include:

  • Industry Representation: Act as the face of the company at key industry events, exhibitions, and conferences, building and maintaining relationships with partners and clients.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales managers, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and ensuring the achievement of KPIs.
  • CRM Management: Oversee the utilization and optimization of the CRM system to drive business development efforts and customer relationship management.
  • Client Communication: Manage and nurture client relationships globally through email, video calls, and other communication channels, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Campaign Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of campaigns, understand customer needs, address objections, and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Strategy Execution: Develop and implement business strategies, ensuring their seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Onboarding & Training: Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed in their roles.
