Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Nurse Specialist is responsible for:

1. Utilizing the Nursing Process to collaboratively plan, implement, and assess nursing care in alignment with established standards of practice.
2. Supporting the mission and values of the Nursing Department and contributing positively to the assigned unit.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing, providing a solid foundation in nursing theories and principles.
- A valid Registered Nurse license issued by the State of New Jersey.
- Successful completion of department-specific orientation and certifications, including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within the first year of employment.
