Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Outstanding Patient Care: Uphold nursing standards while addressing the medical needs of patients. Develop and implement patient care plans as required. Facilitate communication among patients, their families, and the healthcare team to meet the objectives of the care plan.
- Perform Administrative Tasks: Participate in medical seminars and training for continuous education. Evaluate patient care plans and pinpoint areas for enhancement to ensure high-quality care.
- Valid nursing license in the relevant state
- At least six months of recent clinical experience
- Able to maintain a standing or seated position for extended periods
- Capable of frequent pushing, pulling, reaching, and bending
- Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds
