We are currently seeking to fill the position of (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse for evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily documentation
• Transcribe physician orders to Medication Administration Records (MARs)
• Communicate new orders to the pharmacy
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by physicians
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the charge nurse, director of nursing, or administrator

Qualifications for (LPN):
• Must possess a valid New Jersey
• (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse
• Demonstrated sensitivity and compassion towards elderly and pediatric populations
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
