Clinical Nurse Specialist

Windsor Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our patients. This role involves collaborating with physicians to deliver treatment for various health conditions. The nurse will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and educating both patients and their families as necessary.
The successful candidate will exhibit empathy, expertise, and a strong background in nursing. This vital position is essential for developing and managing comprehensive nursing care plans and evaluating the ongoing medical requirements of patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Outstanding Patient Care: Uphold nursing standards while addressing the medical needs of patients. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans as required. Engage with patients, their families, and healthcare team members to achieve the objectives of the care plan.
- Perform Administrative Duties: Participate in medical conferences and continuing education courses. Review patient care plans and identify opportunities for enhancement to ensure optimal care quality.
- Valid nursing license in the state
- At least six months of recent clinical experience
- Ability to remain in a standing or seated position for extended periods
- Capability to push, pull, reach, and bend frequently
- Must be able to lift weights up to 50 pounds
