Wound Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at RestorixHealth, Inc. as a Wound Care Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our wound healing and amputation prevention centers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient-centered care based on evidence-based practices and scientific principles.
- Assess and prioritize patient needs, acuity, and desired outcomes to deliver high-quality care.
- Implement physician orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and effective patient care.
- Educate and counsel patients and their families on wound care processes and issues, promoting empowerment and self-management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, ensuring seamless patient care transitions.
- Associate degree in nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
- Valid Registered Nursing license and CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
- Prior experience working with wound care patients and knowledge of billing and coding practices preferred.
