Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Building Automation Systems Expert to join our team. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining building automation systems that ensure optimal energy efficiency and comfort levels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical operations and maintenance, with a minimum of five years of experience in applicable trade/field or formal controls training. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are also essential requirements.
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, with a competitive salary of $75,000 - $95,000 per year, based on location and experience. Our standard working hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.
Key responsibilities include inspecting and testing HVAC systems, troubleshooting and repairing electronic temperature control systems, maintaining and diagnosing microprocessors and associated instrumentation related to building automation systems, and performing scheduled preventative maintenance on building equipment.
