Job Title: Senior Automation Specialist

Are you a highly skilled automation specialist looking for a challenging role?

Talent Software Services is seeking an experienced Scientist to work at their company in Cambridge, MA. As a Senior Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated systems and workflows to support the discovery and interrogation of Client medicines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated systems and workflows to optimize laboratory processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain complex automation scripts and code to automate laboratory instruments and equipment.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation systems and workflows.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences with 4+ years of experience in laboratory automation.
  • Experience with automated wet lab assay execution, assay validation and optimization, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
