Lead Customer Demand Email Team

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our Customer Demand Email Team at HubSpot.

This is an exciting opportunity to innovate and grow with our rapidly expanding customer base. Our current approach relies heavily on human intervention, but we're missing opportunities to drive acceleration and innovation through email automation.

In this role, you will manage a team of world-class marketers who are passionate about driving impact and customer success. You will own the demand email automation strategy, innovating and building new programming to solve unique customer needs across industries, company sizes, and CRM experiences.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of five direct reports
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive demand email automation strategy
  • Guiding the team in innovating and building new programming
  • Empowering the team to leverage emerging technologies like data science and AI
  • Owning the wider marketing-driven customer demand engine at HubSpot

We're seeking a seasoned professional with 3+ years of experience managing high-performing teams, 3+ years of experience building marketing demand automation strategies, and a strong track record of creating exponential impact.
