Role Overview
Job Title: Information Security Risk and Compliance Engineer Job Summary: This position focuses on strategizing, developing, and executing the technical compliance measures necessary to mitigate risks associated with the organization's enterprise solutions, supply chain, and operational activities. Analyze and ensure that enterprise solutions and processes adhere to both internal and external compliance standards. Design, establish, and implement compliance protocols and procedures for essential enterprise solutions, including ERP, HRIS, PLM, and other critical business applications. Document and communicate any compliance discrepancies to relevant parties. Educate and train personnel on Information Security policies and procedures related to enterprise solutions. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to address compliance challenges. Stay informed about industry regulations and trends. Prepare and deliver compliance status reports to management. Provide security consulting and expertise to partner teams across the organization. Work alongside the Information Security team to respond to and resolve security incidents. Collaborate with the Information Security team to achieve project goals and initiatives. Employ agile methodologies to make consistent progress toward individual, team, and organizational objectives.Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in Information Security. 3 to 5 years of experience with enterprise solutions and business applications, such as HRIS, ERP, PLM, etc. Familiarity with SAP, Oracle Fusion, Workday, or similar enterprise applications. Experience in securing technology solutions related to supply chain management. Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management, Segregation of Duties, and Least Privilege principles. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies. Awareness of current security threats and the latest research in the field. Excellent analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills. Experience with infrastructure security operations, vulnerability management, and configuration management. Proven ability to work with security vendors and evaluate products based on functionality.Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: New hires typically start between $104,000 and $123,000, with a full range of $104,000 to $157,000. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate's qualifications and professional experience.
