Role Overview

Position: Information Security Risk and Compliance Engineer Summary: The Information Security Risk and Compliance Engineer is tasked with planning, developing, and executing the technical compliance strategies of the organization to mitigate risks associated with enterprise solutions, supply chain, and operational activities. Key Responsibilities

Analyze and ensure compliance of enterprise solutions and processes with both internal and external standards. Design, establish, and implement compliance protocols and processes for critical enterprise solutions, including ERP, HRIS, PLM, and others. Document and communicate any compliance discrepancies to relevant parties. Educate and train personnel on Information Security policies and procedures related to enterprise solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to address compliance challenges. Stay informed on industry regulations and emerging trends. Prepare and deliver compliance status reports to management. Provide security consulting and expertise to partner teams across the organization. Work alongside the Information Security team to address and resolve security incidents. Collaborate with the Information Security team to achieve strategic objectives. Employ agile methodologies to make incremental progress toward team and organizational goals.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in Information Security. 3 to 5 years of experience with enterprise solutions and business applications, such as HRIS, ERP, PLM, etc. Familiarity with SAP, Oracle Fusion, Workday, or similar enterprise applications. Experience in securing technology solutions related to supply chain operations. Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management, Segregation of Duties, and Least Privilege principles. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies. Awareness of current security threats and research. Excellent analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills. Experience in infrastructure and security operations, vulnerability management, and configuration management. Experience working with security vendors and evaluating product functionalities.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position typically starts between $104,000 and $123,000, with a full range of $104,000 to $157,000. This range is applicable to the labor market for this role. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and professional experience.
