Allied Insurance Managers Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and personable new employee to join our team as a New Business Development Agent. The ideal candidate for this entry-level position has the solid communications skills necessary to drive insurance sales among potential clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, including cold calling and networking, to connect with potential clients while maintaining a portfolio of current clients. This role requires staying up-to-date on changes to rules and policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients. Your excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communications skills are essential in this role, along with your willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders.
