At ABC Valued Client, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our product offerings, and processing loan applications. You will also be responsible for safeguarding and maintaining customer records, making collection calls on overdue loans, and opening and closing the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service with every existing and potential customer, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  • Product Education: Educate customers on all product offerings, helping them make informed decisions and meet their financial needs.
  • Loan Processing: Process loan applications and make loans, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Customer Records: Safeguard and maintain customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collection Calls: Make collection calls on overdue loans, following up with customers to resolve outstanding balances.
  • Store Operations: Open and close the store, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Attitude: Demonstrate an exceptional customer service attitude, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
  • Experience: Possess 3 years of previous experience in retail, banking, hospitality, customer service, or collections.
  • Computer Familiarity: Have some computer familiarity or skills, ensuring proficiency in our systems and software.
  • Availability: Be available to work Monday to Saturday, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
  • Education: Hold a high school diploma or GED, demonstrating a strong educational foundation.
  • Transportation: Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, ensuring safe and efficient travel.
  • Criminal Background Check: Pass a credit, MVR (driving record), and criminal background check, ensuring a clean and trustworthy record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Retail Sales Experience: Possess retail sales experience, such as store manager or assistant store manager.
  • Banking Experience: Have banking experience, such as branch manager or assistant branch manager.
  • Hospitality Experience: Possess hospitality experience, such as restaurant or hotel manager.
  • Customer Service Experience: Have customer service experience, such as customer service representative or associate.
  • Collections Experience: Possess collections experience, such as collector or collections representative.
