Job Overview
We are looking for a full-time Registered Dietitian - Senior Nutrition Program Coordinator to join our Nutrition Team within a senior living environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver comprehensive medical nutrition therapy, including screening, assessment, diagnosis, intervention, monitoring, evaluation, and resident care planning.
2. Collaborate with the dining department on resident care and meal service, conducting meal rounds in accordance with company protocols.
3. Assist in menu planning, ensuring nutritional compliance, resident preferences, and wellness initiatives are prioritized.
4. Oversee and train the dining service team throughout the entire service cycle.
5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including federal, state, and accreditation requirements, while maintaining confidentiality and resident rights.
6. Engage in resident satisfaction initiatives, departmental meetings, and facility-wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement Programs.

Qualifications:
- Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) - required
- Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board where applicable - required
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in senior living - preferred
- Supervisory experience - desirable
- ServSafe certification - desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, electronic medical records, diet office systems, and nutrient analysis software.
