Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Admissions team of the School of Medicine to refine application materials and oversee applicant communications.
- Organize interview events and facilitate the transition process to the Laney Graduate School enrollment.
- Maintain and analyze recruitment statistics, alumni data, and student information.
- Plan and execute program events, including managing venue bookings, catering services, and travel logistics.
- Oversee program finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Engage with external vendors and manage procurement processes for the program.
- Act as a primary contact for external inquiries and support program activities.
- Design, implement, and assess program operations and objectives.
- Provide training for staff, conduct financial forecasting, and develop fundraising initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with five years of experience in program management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to adapt to new systems.
