Position Summary:
The Regional Dietitian will oversee and coordinate dietary initiatives within a specified region, ensuring that all nutritional goals are met in accordance with established guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of dietary projects that align with business needs.
2. Analyze and document processes to address critical nutritional challenges.
3. Develop work plans and allocate resources for each phase of dietary initiatives.
4. Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure compliance with established parameters.
5. Review and assess progress reports from team members, adjusting plans as necessary.
6. Communicate project updates effectively across various organizational levels and departments.
7. Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience managing large-scale dietary projects, particularly those involving significant organizational change.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, OneNote, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills.
