- Assist in the production and quality control of all food products, including incoming and outgoing items.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including the proper use, cleaning, and handling of equipment and products.
- Communicate effectively with staff and management to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist the Room Chefs and other Assistant Restaurant Chefs as needed.
- Execute responsibilities and assignments in a timely manner.
- Carry out policies and procedures of Caesars Entertainment.

- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively in English.

- Must possess knowledge of use, cleaning, and breakdown of equipment.

- Required knowledge of all culinary departments.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Good working knowledge of computer software, including MS Word and Excel.
- General office experience preferred.
- 2 years plus cooking experience with some supervisory experience.
- Work may be performed in an area that may be unusually noisy and crowded.
- Mobility to include bending, reaching, prolonged standing and walking, accessing and lifting items from floor level to six feet high.
- Normal sense of smell, touch, sound, and vision range.
- Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity.
- Work area is subject to variable temperatures.
- May be subject to smoking environment and moderate noise.
