Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Employee Engagement and Development: Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development, including training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Develop and administer benefits and compensation programs that are competitive and aligned with our business objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements
