As a Senior Treasury Relationship Manager at Citizens Financial Group, Inc., you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) and driving the development of client solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with managers to craft client proposals, including Treasury solutions, cost-benefit analysis, pricing, and profitability models.
  • Assist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, and conducting customer research.
  • Gain a deep understanding of clients' Treasury cash management structures and objectives.
  • Coordinate with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on competitors' products and market positioning.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of Treasury Services sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of cash management and card solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrates integrity and honesty.
  • Strong work ethic, self-driven, high energy, and motivated to achieve results.
  • Ability to travel when necessary.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • CTP preferred but not required.
Work Environment
  • Hours per Week: 40.
  • Work Schedule: M - F, 8am to 5pm.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $200,000 per year, based on experience, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors, including work location and relevant skills and experience.
