OVERVIEW

The Senior Treasury Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in managing various financial operations within the Treasury Department, focusing on Cash Management, Corporate Finance, and Payment Processing. This position encompasses daily cash oversight, financial transaction recording, and liquidity management. The analyst will engage in capital markets strategies, debt/equity issuance, and the optimization of payment processing systems. Building strong relationships with internal teams, auditors, and financial service providers is essential for success in this role.

This position is hybrid.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversees daily cash positioning and ensures sufficient liquidity for the organization and its subsidiaries.
  • Manages cash flow from various activities, executing necessary transfers, reconciling daily cash movements, and updating general ledger accounts.
  • Develops, validates, and maintains a comprehensive short-term cash forecast, analyzing discrepancies to improve forecasting techniques.
  • Assists in diverse Treasury functions including capital markets strategies, debt/equity issuance, and liquidity management.
  • Facilitates payment processing operations, including credit card transactions and ACH collections.
  • Maintains partnerships with banks and payment processors, resolving issues and enhancing operational efficiencies.
  • Administers access and permissions for banking and payment systems, ensuring security and compliance.
  • Coordinates the establishment and closure of bank accounts, managing an inventory of financial accounts.
  • Identifies and proposes integration methods for payment processes to enhance business operations.
  • Reconciles various balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Documents procedures to provide support during absences and ensures continuity of operations.
  • Performs additional duties and special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (Required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Banking
  • At least 2 years of experience in Treasury and/or General Ledger functions
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in maintaining productive relationships while ensuring profitability
  • Strong organizational capabilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
