About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Strategist to join our team at Klaviyo. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and retention for our upper mid-market customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized customer success plans to drive growth and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to customers to help them achieve their business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute on opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to customers
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in mid-market or enterprise account management
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent program management skills and ability to own customer projects from scoping to implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to leverage data to inform recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $116,000-$174,000 USD
