PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage incoming communications, addressing inquiries and concerns from prospective and current residents.
· Oversee the processing of mail, both incoming and outgoing.
· Conduct inspections of model and vacant units, relaying any service requirements to the Property Manager or Building Operations Manager.
· Prepare renewal leases for distribution, ensuring they are returned complete; after signing by the property manager, scan and file accordingly.
· Maintain a comprehensive understanding of lease terms, specifications, and community policies.
· Stay updated on current rental rates.
· Acquire full knowledge of application requirements, screening processes, and rental policies.
· Manage prospect engagement, including processing rental applications and providing status updates.
· Handle resident requests and complaints with courtesy and efficiency.
· Uphold a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
· High School diploma or GED equivalent.
· Previous experience in residential settings is advantageous.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret leasing documents. Capable of writing reports and effectively responding to inquiries from groups of managers, residents, and the public.
MATHEMATICAL ABILITY: Proficient in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS:
Ability to address practical problems and navigate various situations. Capable of interpreting a range of instructions presented in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule formats. Must demonstrate discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. Part-time schedule with specified hours throughout the week.

Hourly pay rate commensurate with experience.
