As a Patient Coordinator at Schweiger Dermatology Group, you will be responsible for executing all front office duties and providing support to patients, providers, and support staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming phone calls and scheduling-related tasks in a timely and knowledgeable fashion
  • Promoting a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance quality of service and care offered to patients and providers
  • Understanding provider to patient flow and anticipating provider's next steps
  • Performing inventory responsibilities and stocking of supplies and equipment as requested
  • Attending all in-house training and continued education opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bi-Lingual: English/Spanish required
  • Healthcare Experience is required
  • Medical Receptionist Experience preferred
  • Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred
  • Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Hourly Pay Range: $16-$19 USD
