Position: Assistant Property Manager

Trubild, a leader in the transformation of manufactured homes into affordable rental properties, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Assistant Property Manager. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing phone communications, preparing reports, and organizing correspondence.
  • Assist with lease management tasks, ensuring that our database is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Process rental payments and maintain financial records for property accounting.
  • Act as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Property Manager.
  • Ensure all property documentation, including leases and contracts, is organized and maintained properly.
  • Prepare and manage bid proposals and service contracts.
  • Monitor and follow up on delinquent accounts in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Maintain current tenant information within the database.
  • Verify that Certificates of Insurance for tenants and vendors are up to date.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly financial reports.
  • Oversee the performance of service contractors and report progress to the Property Manager.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative or management experience required.
  • Preferred two years of direct experience in property management.
  • Strong understanding of leasing processes and resident retention strategies.
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Rent Manager is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Associate's degree is required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
