This role is with KBR's GAM (Global Asset Management) group. At GAM, we provide our customers with a range of services including Regulatory and Customer Compliance of Property Systems, Import/Export Trade Compliance, Material Management, Stockrooms/Tool Cribs/Receiving, Engineering Tool Design and Rework/Repairs, Records Management, Distribution Services, Capital Asset Management, Development & Production-Equipment Maintenance, and Facilities Project Management​.

Job Summary

Under direct supervision, executes routine assignments and cultivates fundamental job competencies by addressing standard problems. Actively implements Property Procedures and Policies to uphold Government-approved business systems in full compliance with Government, customer, and contractual requirements, as well as relevant Aerospace policies and procedures. Adheres to specific objectives or statements outlined in contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs), contract deliverables, and outcome metrics. Provides tactical support for Property responsibilities that influence the Aero site's business system compliance, thereby impacting the site's ability to qualify, execute, and invoice Government contracts.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Actively support Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) audits and Self-Assessment requirements, ensuring compliance with property outcomes and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) guidelines, specifically FAR 45 and
  • Develop core job competencies through routine assignments and problem-solving within existing procedures.
  • Implement property procedures and policies to maintain government-approved business systems in full compliance with government, customer, and contractual requirements, as well as relevant aerospace policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to specific objectives outlined in contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), contract deliverables, and outcome metrics.
  • Provide tactical support for property responsibilities impacting Aero site's business system compliance, thereby influencing the site's ability to qualify, perform, and invoice government contracts.
  • Attain CPPS Certification within one year of hire.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • In lieu of formal education, 5 years of directly related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proficient with SAP.
