Essential Skills for Successful Inspectors:

  • Expertise in safely navigating and inspecting various roofing types, especially steep and elevated roofs
  • Technical proficiency to conduct evaluations in diverse weather conditions
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Empathy in dealings with policyholders
  • An entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience in roofing, construction, or insurance claims is beneficial, but not essential

Qualifications for This Position:

  • Possess a reliable Truck, Van, or SUV capable of transporting a 32' ladder
  • Skilled in completing inspection documentation on a device approved by Hancock
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications such as Outlook and Teams
  • HAAG Certification is advantageous
  • Willingness to obtain any necessary certifications or credentials to join our contractor network
