New Business Development Opportunities

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team at TeamRecruit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage with new clients to understand their needs and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting team to understand candidate pools and help skill market.
  • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn and ZoomInfo to create target and prospect lists.
  • Reach sales targets, cold call, and appointment goals each week.
  • Minimum 125 touches per week (can be phone, email, or in-person).
  • Minimum 8-10 face-to-face appointments per week.
  • Minimum 3 new billing contracts per month.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
