Job Title: Sales Account Executive

Kalos Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and negotiating and closing deals that contribute to our strategic objectives and ultimately driving sales and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
  • Develop strategies for identifying and securing new business leads, including networking, cold calling, office visits, attending industry events, and other methods to generate interest from potential clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the Local Owner to design and implement a strategic growth plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, following up with clients regularly to ensure their satisfaction, address any issues, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and products.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and how it meets their needs.
  • Negotiate terms with clients and drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets mutually set with the Local Owner, developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for achieving these targets.
  • Document activity in the company's CRM and provide detailed reports on sales performance and revenue generation, analyzing the success of business development strategies and adjusting plans as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of sales or marketing experience
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and winning new business
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
