Business Development Specialist

The Judge Group is seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to manage the full life cycle recruitment process. This includes identifying business opportunities, recruiting and fulfilling positions, and developing relationships with key hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Research and effectively present our services to new and existing clients
Identify new business and develop relationships with key client hiring managers and senior accounting and finance executives
Source and screen top accounting and finance professionals using industry leading recruiting tools and social media
Build relationships with top candidates, conduct professional interviews, and qualify candidates for open positions
Develop job postings, search, screen, and identify qualified candidates, present candidates to clients, and manage the client and candidates through the entire hiring process
Requirements
1+ years of experience in a Sales, Business Development, Account Manager, or Recruiter role
Staffing or Direct Hire experience in an Agency environment preferred
Proven sales track record and ability to develop and grow national and/or mid-market accounts
Bachelor's degree preferred
