Position Overview

As a Recruiter at Michael Page, you will take on a dynamic and engaging role that presents new challenges each day. This position will enhance your interpersonal and business acumen, providing substantial opportunities for both personal and professional advancement.

In your role as a Recruiter:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Oversee the recruitment process from interviews to offer acceptance and finalization
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of candidates and clients, both established and prospective
  • Utilize various online platforms to search, source, and evaluate potential candidates
  • Establish strong partnerships with clients, assisting them in expanding their businesses by delivering optimal solutions for attracting talent
  • Conduct face-to-face interviews to thoroughly assess candidates
  • Guide and develop entry-level recruitment consultants within the office
  • Participate in the proposal process by crafting and presenting proposals
  • Negotiate business terms and service rates
