**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Design and implement advanced analytical libraries utilized for pricing and risk assessment.

+ Develop, execute, and maintain quantitative models for trading operations, employing a diverse array of mathematical and computational techniques, including hardware acceleration, advanced calculus, C++, C#, .NET, Java, object-oriented software design, Python, kdb, and SQL.

+ Construct pricing models utilizing numerical methodologies for valuation, such as Monte Carlo simulations and partial differential equation solvers.

+ Collaborate closely with Traders, Structurers, and technology experts to ensure seamless integration of quantitative strategies.

+ Engage in partnership with control functions including Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, and Finance to uphold robust governance and control frameworks.

+ Foster a culture of responsible finance, ethical governance, and expense management.

+ Evaluate the risk/reward profile of transactions in business decision-making, ensuring that all team members are aligned with this approach and understand the importance of maintaining the firm's reputation.

+ Adhere to the company's Code of Conduct and ensure compliance with governance standards across the team.

+ Maintain all necessary registrations and licenses pertinent to the role within the specified timeframe.

+ Assess risks associated with business decisions, demonstrating a commitment to safeguarding the organization, its clients, and assets by adhering to applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

**Qualifications:**

+ 5-8 years of experience in a similar quantitative modeling or analytics capacity, preferably within the financial services sector.

+ Proficient in technical programming skills, including C# .NET, SQL, and C++, with exposure to market data and statistical analysis.

+ Possess foundational knowledge of investment products and quantitative methodologies.

+ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.

**Education:**

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
