Position Title: Business Analyst (FIS - PROFILE Core Banking Experience)

Key Competencies: Business Analysis, Capital Markets

Role Summary: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in the role of a Business Analyst.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst within the Capital Markets domain.
  • In-depth understanding of data structures related to Capital Market products, including Equity, FX, Derivatives, and Market Data.
  • Local candidates preferred, with a requirement to be onsite 3-4 days a week.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with executive-level clients.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in Capital Markets.
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis, including the ability to write scripts for data validation and profiling.
  • Solid grasp of data models, with the ability to interpret logical data models and comprehend data structures.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience Requirement: Minimum of 6 years in a relevant role.

Relocation Policy: No relocation expenses will be covered.

Travel Requirements: None.

Local Candidates Preferred: Yes.

Note: Candidates must be eligible to work on a W2 basis (No C2C).
