Office Clerk Assistant

As a key member of the SP+ team, the Office Clerk will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
Provide customer service in person or on the phone
Maintain accurate and organized records and files
Sort and distribute mail, as well as process outgoing mail
Create and maintain Word and Excel documents
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Professional and excellent verbal and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt to interruptions and changing priorities
