Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Kelly Tractor CAT. As an Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department, working closely with Field/PM Dispatchers and shop Foremen to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process service calls and invoices, receiving and saving reports and photos from service jobs
  • Assist service supervisors with daily operations, including receiving and processing service calls and invoices
  • Perform various clerical office duties, such as data entry and record-keeping
  • Utilize Microsoft programs, including AX Dynamics, Excel, Word, and Outlook, to manage and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft programs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
