Multimedia Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multimedia Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Twin Falls and Boise, Idaho. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and broadcast sales, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive digital and linear revenue growth, ensuring all budgets and goals are met or exceeded.
  • Provide digital training and support to the sales team.
  • Build and implement strategies to achieve client goals.
  • Assist Media Executives in presenting and closing business, and serve as a key partner in the sales process.
  • Maintain campaign tracking, delivery, and reporting to ensure campaign success.
  • Oversee digital pricing and revenue forecasting.
  • Promote a winning culture and work collaboratively with the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage time efficiently and effectively.
  • Comfortable holding team members accountable to their budgets and goals.
  • Ability to translate and communicate problems into opportunities.
  • Strong computer skills, presentation experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Minimum of two years of digital and broadcast sales experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
