About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our team at Ellucian. As a key member of our proposal management team, you will play a critical role in the development and submission of high-quality proposals to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end activities associated with RFx activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of proposals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client problems, challenges, and goals, and use this knowledge to create compelling and persuasive proposals.
  • Work closely with the sales and solutions consulting teams to define and document win strategies, create sound business models, and develop value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the Ellucian Field Team to accurately represent proposal win themes throughout the proposal sections.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring strict adherence to deadlines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in proposal management, coordination, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to develop clear and concise proposals.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to quickly grasp high-level knowledge of Ellucian solutions and how they solve customer problems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
