Your Impact at SAMAs an Administrative Professional at SAM, you will play a critical role in supporting our team's vision and mission. Your responsibilities will include providing general administrative support, answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
You will also be responsible for administrative setup of new employees, maintaining office and breakroom inventory, processing incoming and outgoing mail and express mail shipments, and assisting with securing travel arrangements and expense reporting.
In addition, you will provide support with filing, copying, data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, and Salesforce database tasks as needed. You will also plan and execute regular company events, coordinate food orders for employee meetings, and partner with HR, Marketing, IT, Accounting, and Safety departments to provide local support.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contract and negotiate prices with office vendors and service providers, provide writing and editing support for business communications, and coordinate small to medium-sized facility projects.
You will also assist with coordinating complex special projects, may assist with training other Administrative Professionals, and support the Company to achieve its vision and mission while practicing its core values.
What You Bring to SAMWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional with 5+ years of recent administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and superior communication, presentation, organization, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
You will also have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, maintain privacy and confidentiality, and have a 4-year degree preferred but not required. Experience with Concur Travel and Expense is preferred but not required.
