Job Description

Vertilocity is seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' technology environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their technology needs are met and exceeded.
  • Network Management: Manage and maintain client networks, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of an outage or disaster.
  • Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation for client networks and systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project engineers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in IT, with a focus on network administration and management.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, including experience with switching, routing, and firewalls. Familiarity with Fortinet technologies is a plus.
  • Certifications: MCSA or MSCE certification is a plus.
  • Education: Associates degree or higher, or relevant military training.
