Your Impact at SAM

As an Administrative Professional at SAM, you will play a critical role in supporting our team's vision and mission. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing general administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate party
  • Greeting visitors and maintaining a positive first impression
  • Responsible for administrative setup of new employees, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Maintaining office and breakroom inventory, processing incoming and outgoing mail and express mail shipments
  • Assisting with securing travel arrangements and expense reporting, providing support with filing, copying, data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, and Salesforce database tasks as needed
  • Planning and executing regular company events, coordinating food orders for employee meetings, and partnering with HR, Marketing, IT, Accounting, and Safety departments to provide local support
  • Contracting and negotiating prices with office vendors and service providers, providing writing and editing support for business communications, and coordinating small to medium-sized facility projects
  • Assisting with coordinating complex special projects, as assigned, and may assist with training other Administrative Professionals
What You Bring to SAM

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional with:

  • 5+ years of recent administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Longevity in prior employment, demonstrating a commitment to stability and reliability
  • Superior communication, presentation, organization, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, maintaining privacy and confidentiality
  • 4-year degree preferred, but not required, and experience with Concur Travel and Expense preferred, but not required
