Payroll Administrator

Aspen Academy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering payroll for up to 100 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Responsibilities:- Administer payroll for up to 100 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle payroll deductions including benefits, garnishments, and 403b.
- Provide support for payroll tax and year-end tasks.
- Carry out payroll reconciliation and month-end tasks.
- Accounting support including debits/credits, month close, monthly credit card entry, file management.
- Assist with credit card management and cash receipts as needed.
- Provides excellent customer service internally and externally.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience in nonprofits.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of payroll administration experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of basic accounting experience.
- Familiarity with accounting systems (preferably Financial Edge).
- Strongly preferred: Advanced experience with MS Office Suite and Google Suite, especially Word and Excel/Sheets. Paylocity expert.
