Job Summary

Quandary Consultants, LLC is seeking an experienced Environmental Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for executing a broad range of tasks supporting compliance, efficiency, and process improvement for Environmental, Natural Resource, and Air Quality Operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and integrate needs from various operational and support teams throughout the company. You will be responsible for gathering and interpreting data, and effectively communicating the results and implications to internal and external groups.

  • Assist in maintaining databases, data collection systems, and data analytics to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  • Perform tasks related to Operational Compliance, including ensuring project setup and management is in compliance with client/contact requirements.
  • Assist the Operations Director with development, management, and communication of health and safety programs internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with finance, business development, and other support teams to implement process improvements as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, diligence, and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite of products, particularly Excel and Word
  • Background in business principles and knowledge of project management principles and concepts

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $55,000-$65,000 DOE
  • Full-time position with a 40-hour workweek
