Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by processing orders in a timely manner. This role is part of the Customer Service team and will report to the Customer Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process customer orders via phone, standing orders, field service orders, and replacement orders.
- Knowledgeable on Radiometer's products and special projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or higher.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service including order entry, follow-up with customers, and working in an office environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years' customer facing work experience.
- Strong time management with a sense of urgency.
- Medical Device industry experience.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly range for this role is $22.00/hour-$24.00/hour. This role is eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
