Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role involves handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints, providing product information, and handling complex compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
