HR Generalist and Recruiter

- Collaborate with plant leadership and department heads to support the achievement of business goals and HR initiatives.
- Handle employee inquiries, assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, and partner with leadership to address employee relations issues.
- Collaborate with the corporate talent acquisition team and site management to fill open positions and lead the recruiting and onboarding process for the Seattle facility.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and best practices.
- Administer HR programs such as attendance, compensation, leave programs, and performance management, and support corporate benefits administration and payroll processing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years' experience in a human resources generalist, administrative, or managerial role, with experience in recruiting, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
